What’s new in UltraMixer 3.0.1?
There are over 20 new features in UltraMixer 3.0.1. Here comes a short introduction:
1. [AudioEngine] High Stability Audio Engine in DirectX mode (audio playback without drop out even on heavy loaded
system).
We haved heavy optimized our excellent audio engine when running UltraMixer in DirectX mode (Windows only).

2. [FileArchive] Drag and drop from playlists/waitlist/wishlist in the filearchive.
Now it’s possible to drag and drop your music from alle lists into the filearchive.
3. [FileArchive] Drag and drop of m3u playlists in UltraMixer.
Now it’s possible to drag and drop prepared m3u playlists from outside into UltraMixer, e.g. from Windows Explorer
or Mac Finder.

4. [FileArchive] Function to export playlists as CSV file for import and print from Microsoft Excel / Open Office / Apple Numbers
It’s possible now to export playlists as M3U and CSV files. So you can print out with Microsoft Excel, OpenOffice or Apple Numbers.
5. [FileArchive] Hierarchical table sort according to Artist, Title and Album.
This great feature sorts your music in three steps: sort by artist, then by title, then by album. So the
filearchive is more readable than ever before. Tracks are now sorted by title when there are from the same artist.

6. [MIDI] Accessing loops with Hercules DJ Console MK4 and
Hercules DJ Control MP3 e2.
It’s now possible to setting loops in real time

7. [MIDI] Hercules MP3 e2 LED support.
UltraMixer supports now all illuminated buttons (LEDs) of the Hercules MP3 e2 controller.
8. [MIDI] Support of Hercules DJ Console 4-MX
It’s now possible to control UItraMixer with the brand new Hercules DJ Console 4-MX controller.
9. [MIDI] Supporting LEDs of M-Audio xponent.
UltraMixer supports now all illuminated buttons (LEDs) of the M-Audio xponent controller.

10. [Other] Function for loading and saving of text files in notes widget.
It’s now possible to load and save text notes from the “notes” widget”.
11. [Preferences] Option to disable the automatic beatmatching of loops.
There is a new option to disable the default bevaviour of beatmachted looping. It you disable the option loops are
set directly and not synchronized to the beat.

12. [Preferences] Option to enable automatic Beatmatching of Cue
Points (only for MIDI controllers).
There is a new option to set beatmatched cue points! It’s so easy now to set cue points on the fly! Just try it!
13. [Preferences] Support of additional languages.
UltraMixer is available in dutch now! Feel free to translate UltraMixer in your mother tonque too.
14. [Sampler] drag’n'drop music to the sampler slots.
It’s now possible to simply drag and drop new samples to one of the sampler slots.
15. [Sampler] Function to change speed of samples in sample player.
It’s now possible to change the playpack speed of each sample slot.
16. [User Interface] Adjustable double click behaviour in playlists like in filearchive
It’s now possible to specify what happens when double clicking in the playlist table. You can choose between:
- : double click to load the currently selected track into the player
- Preview selected Track: double click to open the preview player
- Edit ID3-Tags in Dialog: double click to open a dialog to edit the ID3-Tags of currently
selected track - Edit ID3-Tags within Table: double click to directly edit ID3-Tags in playlist table
17. [User Interface] Function to detach the FileArchive as separate window.
It’s now possible to detach the FileArchive as separate full screen window. Place it on a second screen or simply
switch between big filearchive and mixer.

18. [User Interface] Optimized function to show tracks in Explorer/Finder.
The optimized function “Show In Explorer” (windows) / “Show in Finder” (mac) now points to the selected track on
your hard disc.

19. [User Interface] Save table property “horizontal scroll”.
UltraMixer saves now the state of the “horizontal scroll” option on each playlist table on exit.
20. [User Interface] Volume fader in preview player integrated.
Long awaited feature: It’s now possible to change the output volume of the preview player!
21. [Waveform] Hot Cue position should be visualized in the Waveforms in addition to the saved Cue points.
The temporary cue point (“hot cue point”) is now visualized in the waveform too.
